• Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., pre-existing system issues, incorrect information provided by the customer).

3. Refunds for Parts & Equipment
• All parts and equipment installed are covered under manufacturer warranties where applicable.
• Refunds for parts will only be issued if:
• The part is defective upon installation, and
• A return is authorized by the manufacturer or supplier.
• Labor charges for installing defective parts are non-refundable, but we will replace the part under warranty at no charge for labor during the warranty period.

• Deposits are non-refundable once the order has been placed with the supplier, unless the supplier accepts a return or cancellation.
